After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in legal studies at the University of Central Florida, Mark completed his legal education with a Juris Doctor at Barry University's Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. He began practicing with a small firm handling a wide range of legal matters. He now focuses on litigation defense and pre-suit resolution. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, spending time outdoors, listening to music, and reading books.

Living in Brevard County most of his life, Thomas Edens graduated from the University of Central Florida, Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in legal studies and behavioral sciences. He earned his Juris Doctor, also Summa Cum Laude, at Barry University's School of Law. He enjoys family time, live sporting events, vintage video games, as well as reading and writing.

Before earning his Juris Doctor at Barry University's Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2018, Simp graduated from Bethune Cookman University where he learned valuable lessons during his four years as a Marching Wildcat. When he's not litigating, he enjoys fishing, ATV riding, and other outdoor activities.

After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in legal studies at the University of Central Florida, Marley completed her legal education with a Juris Doctor at Barry University's Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Litigation is her passion. Outside the courtroom, she enjoys scuba diving, hiking, mountain biking, and trail riding.

Kendall B. Rigdon is a second-generation defense lawyer representing insurance companies, self-insured retailers, and governmental entities throughout Florida's State and Federal courts for more than 30 years. He has tried more than 40 cases and handled over 30 appeals. He earned a Bachelor of Arts at Palm Beach Atlantic College and his Juris Doctor at Saint Thomas University School of Law in 1994.

Eric has broad experience in every aspect of successful insurance defense, with special expertise in no-fault litigation. He's handled many hundreds of personal injury protection (PIP) cases, as well as many hundreds more cases involving personal injury defense. Beyond insurance defense, Eric also handles fraud, premises liability, and property damage. With a Juris Doctor from Marquette University, Eric is happiest when he's in the courtroom.
