Kurt E. Alexander
Born and raised in rural Massachusetts, Kurt is the son of European Immigrant parents. At an early age, Kurt excelled in academics, earning scholarships to Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, and to higher education. He is the first person in his family to graduate from college, and law school. He has defended more than 100 complex civil cases in jury trials, as sole or lead counsel over his career, and that number continues to grow. Kurt and his family have resided in Central Florida for many years.

Mr. Alexander has a very active trial practice that has primarily involved the defense of matters involving civil litigation, from the time he was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1989. He is admitted to practice in Florida, before all Florida Federal District Courts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and The United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Alexander has served a number of charitable causes over the years, including ThyCa: Thyroid Cancer Survivors’ Association, as General Counsel, since 1997; provided legal representation combatting international child abduction in conjunction with the U.S. State Department, as well as assisting other causes involving children’s issues.

H.A. Rigdon Jr. was the Senior Trial Partner of Rigdon Alexander for many years, and remains "of counsel" to the firm.
Life began as the middle child of a tobacco farmer in rural Waycross, Georgia. He is the first child in his family to attend college and law school. His work ethic and values are woven into the fabric of the firm.
H.A. has tried a great many cases to verdict in his storied career. Integrity, honesty, compassion, and tenacity are on an indelible stamp on everything we do. His life and career are the wellsprings for who we are.

About Kendall
Kendall is a second-generation litigator in the Florida legal community. His father, H.A. Rigdon, Jr. is a co-founding member of the firm, and is now Of Counsel. Kendall and his wife, Rita, live on an “empty nest” farm raising Angus cattle and a menagerie of livestock. With all three children grown, the family continues to grow. They are also proud supporters of the Atlanta Braves and the Orlando Ballet.

Eric's parents both immigrated from Southwest Asia. Eric worked his way through college and law school. His wife Becky worked overnight shifts while he attended school. Eric is licensed to practice law in Florida and Wisconsin.

About Eric
Over the past almost 20 years, Eric Tourian has successfully handled many hundreds of PIP cases, and he has defended many hundreds of personal injury lawsuits. He's an expert litigator with extensive experience in all aspects of insurance defense, especially no-fault litigation. Eric has handled numerous cases involving auto accidents, fraud investigations, premises liability, and property damage, as well as minor settlements and probate work. Early in his career, he was a public defender in Orange County, Florida.
